As a small child growing up in Torrance, California, Kacie Yoshida, was always found singing and dancing in the halls of her house while twirling in her pink leotard. At age three she attended her first concert [The Beach Boys], at 10 she was presented with her first CD [The Beatles], and by age 12 she owned her first guitar.

After a short lived career in saxophone and piano, her parents didn’t want to give into the idea of guitar. However, Kacie won the battle and now finds herself fully engaged in the Orange County music scene as an experimental-folk musician specializing in guitar, harmonica, piano, and singing.
